the short version
Ask Muse to schedule a post and PostWing handles the publishing side. Muse drafts with your connected accounts, shows a preview, and only schedules after you confirm.
Everything Muse schedules lands in your PostWing dashboard: same calendar, same workspace, same connected accounts. You are not managing a separate Muse queue.
step by step
Four steps from empty chat to a confirmed schedule on your calendar.
Sign in to PostWing and connect Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and any other channels you want Muse to schedule to. Muse can only post to accounts you already linked (or connect with your approval).
Ask Muse to add a new connector for postwing.io. When Muse asks for API docs, send https://postwing.io/docs. Create an API key under Dashboard → AI & API and paste it when Muse asks.
Tell Muse the caption, platforms, and time. For example: “Schedule this to Instagram and LinkedIn tomorrow at 9am.” Muse loads your accounts and builds a preview.
Muse shows what will publish and when. Only after you approve does PostWing schedule it. The post appears on your calendar immediately.
try saying
Be specific about platforms, time, and timezone. Muse uses your PostWing settings.
built-in safety
PostWing’s Agent API uses a preview → confirm flow. Muse must show you the caption, accounts, and time first. Confirmation tokens expire in minutes and only work for your account.
Platforms
Same coverage as the dashboard. One Muse connection covers every network PostWing supports.
Prefer Claude or ChatGPT? AI & API supports those too.
questions
