These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PostWing, including the website at postwing.io and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PostWing is a social media scheduling tool that lets you connect supported social accounts, compose posts, and schedule or publish content to multiple platforms from one workspace. Features may include a content calendar, per-platform customization, and bulk scheduling, depending on your plan.

We may update, add, or remove features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service or of any third-party platform integration.

PostWing relies on third-party providers to operate. By using the Service, you acknowledge that parts of the Service are delivered through external services, including:

• postforme.dev — we use this service to connect your social accounts and publish scheduled content on your behalf. Your use of connected platforms remains subject to each platform's own terms and policies.
• Payment processing for subscriptions, handled through our billing provider.
• Google sign-in for account authentication.
• The social networks you choose to connect, including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or other actions taken by third-party services, including postforme.dev or any social platform.

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use PostWing. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You represent that you have the authority to connect any social accounts you link to PostWing.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis. Plan limits, including the number of connected social accounts, depend on the plan you select. Current pricing is shown on our website.

New subscriptions may include a free trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method may be charged when the trial converts to a paid subscription.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically remove access until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use PostWing to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Post content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, or abusive.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Circumvent plan limits, billing controls, or technical restrictions.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service, other users, or third-party platforms.

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or schedule through PostWing. You grant us and our service providers, including postforme.dev, the limited rights needed to store, process, transmit, and publish your content solely to operate the Service on your instructions.

You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to post it on each connected platform.

PostWing, including its name, branding, software, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service in the ordinary course.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

PostWing is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Google, X Corp., LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, or any other social platform. Platform names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

We do not guarantee that scheduled posts will publish successfully, at an exact time, or without error. Publishing depends on third-party services and platform APIs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostWing and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
